Paula Lipkus, MSW, RSW | Registered Social Worker | Psychotherapist
I am a registered Social Worker who has been supporting and guiding clients for over 20 years. I believe in a client centred approach to my work with older teens, young adults, adults and parents. I bring compassion, honesty and humour into my sessions. I have a Bachelors degree with a specialization in Early Childhood Education from Concordia University, and I have a Masters of Social Work from The University of Toronto. I have worked as a therapist and group facilitator at several community agencies and in hospital.

I work with clients who struggle with anxiety and stress management, depression and low mood, relationships, parenting, grief and loss, life transitions, and boundary setting. I use a number of therapeutic approaches in my work, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Skills, Trauma informed therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Skills, and Crisis intervention support.
I am registered in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) as well as with the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW).
